I was feeling little sentimental today & thought I'd put this on my blog. I am the oldest in my family so noone remembers me this way except my parents. I am floating over my great grandparents. He was a traveling salesman, self-taught scholar and inventor who loved Thoreau. They, this couple, would go camping together and took lots of photos of each other when they were together & wrote each other comic postcards, a few of which I have.
